We’ve officially announced the date and venue of our big show this year, and we’ve also got the amazing headliners: Local legend, bluesman, and expert at putting out great albums at break-neck speed, Jake Hill and his rowdy band of merry men Deep Creek will close out the night on July 21st. Playing right before Jake and co are Rodeo Ruby Love – these guys will have you singing along before you even know the songs. The guys and gal of RRL hail from Bloomington, Indiana, and in recent months have been touring their awesomely catchy indie-rock-pop tunes around the country with the likes of Reel Big Fish, and label-mates Streetlight Manifesto and Lionize.
And that’s just part of the show. Stay tuned for the other 6 bands, who are sure to make July 21st one unreal day of music in Plymouth.
It’s here! Our big announcement. We’ve moved to a new venue (Nelson Park) and we’ve got 3 incredible artists in the lineup so far for JULY 21, 2012: Jake Hill & Deep Creek, Rodeo Ruby Love, and The Brightest Lights.
Check out our goofy announcement video. It cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars to produce, as you can see:
Boston reggae-rock group The Release have signed on to play the festival, along with The Brightest Lights, and Blacklight Sunrise. Check out their links on the LINEUP PAGE.
Only 2 months to go!!!!
Local jam rockers 3rd Left will be closing out the night for us at the festival! They always put on a thoroughly fun show, and they’ll be playing in support of their brand new CD, coming out this summer. Bring your dancing shoes for this one folks.
Pembroke-based indie rock four-piece Emma Ate the Lion is the first addition to our lineup! The band is stopping by the PIMF as part of their summer tour in support of their debut album, out early this summer. They casino online will play the main stage at the PIMF (time tba), and soulful/bluesy Plymouth singer-songwriter Doug Logan will take the acoustic side stage at the fest.
